When I founded AL-AWAEL in 2004, I carried with me a belief both radical and simple: that every child is not a number in a system, but a world waiting to be discovered. 

As a mathematician, I have long admired structure and logic. But as an educator, I have learned to respect chaos; because that is where creativity lives. At AL-AWAEL, we don’t just teach.
